Open the <a href="https://web.step.app/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">web app</a>,

<a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/6834667-how-to-connect-a-wallet-to-the-web-app" target="_blank">Connect</a> your wallet,

Choose the token to transfer and click on the token tab,

Enter the amount to exchange in FITFI or the amount you need to receive in KCAL and click on the 'Trade' button,

1. Open the <a href="https://web.step.app/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">web app</a>,
2. <a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/6834667-how-to-connect-a-wallet-to-the-web-app" target="_blank">Connect</a> your wallet,
3. Open the 'Wallet' tab,
4. Choose the token to transfer and click on the token tab,
5. Click on the 'Trade' button,
6. Enter the amount to exchange in FITFI or the amount you need to receive in KCAL and click on the 'Trade' button,
7. Confirm the swap in your wallet.
