Open the web app,
Connect your wallet,
Open the 'Spendings' tab,
Choose the token to transfer and click on the token tab,
Click on the 'Transfer' button,
Enter the amount to send,
Switch to the 'Wallet' tab,
Choose the token to withdraw and click on the token tab,
Click on the 'Withdraw' button,
Enter the amount of the withdrawal and the address to which tokens will be sent,
Confirm the withdrawal in your wallet.
