We use different services to count your steps. This error is showing when your phone doesn't have a step sensor to track your steps, or you have uninstalled the health app that your platform uses or disabled step tracking in the app.
Please make sure that you have the app installed from the following list and that step tracking is enabled.
Common Health apps:
iOS: Apple Health
Xiaomi: Mi Fitness
Samsung: Samsung Health
Huawei: Huawei Health
If the error is still being shown after all these steps, please read the manufacturer device specification to check if the device can track the steps.
