Connect your wallet using <a href="https://web.step.app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Web Step App</a> (full guide <a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/8031929-how-to-link-a-wallet">here</a>). If you don't have a wallet, then you need to create it first. We recommend using Metamask wallet as it supports Step Network. Top up your connected wallet with tokens:

2. <a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/6624167-where-to-buy-kcal-tokens">KCAL</a>

<a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/6604004-how-to-bridge-your-fitfi-tokens">Bridge tokens</a> from AVAX C-Chain to FITFI if needed. 

Make sure that you added and switched to <a href="https://help.step.app/en/articles/8496442-how-to-add-step-network-to-metamask">Step Network</a>.

Make the tokens you transferred are visible in MetaMask:
