How to choose a workout?

Do you want to start your AI Workout but don't know which one to choose?

There are 3 levels you can try (each level is of 3 laps with 2 minutes rest).

Beginner

  • Duration: 10 mins

  • KCAL reward: Up to x1.4 KCAL from your Net running reward (calculated as a 10-energy run reward excluding repair costs)

  • Exercices:

    • 10 jumping jacks

    • 10 push ups (knees option available)

    • 10 squats

    • 10 Side step foot reach (each side)

    • 10 sit ups (abs)

Intermediate

  • Duration: 25 mins

  • KCAL reward: Up to x1.7 KCAL from your Net running reward (calculated as a 10-energy run reward excluding repair costs)

  • Exercices:

    • 15 jumping jacks

    • 15 push ups

    • 15 squats

    • 10 Lay down push up

    • 15 high knees

    • 10 leg raises (abs)

Advanced

  • Duration: 30 mins

  • KCAL reward: Up to x2 KCAL from your Net running reward (calculated as a 10-energy run reward excluding repair costs)

  • Exercices:

    • 30 jumping jacks

    • 20 push ups

    • 20 squats

    • 30 high knees

    • 10 Lay down push up

    • 20 leg raises (abs)
