Step Wallet: How to Transfer to an Internal wallet?

External wallet tab represents your imported external wallet.

Open the Step Wallet app.
Go to the External wallet tab.
Tap on the token you want to transfer.
Choose Transfer.
Insert the required amount or tap on MAX for the whole sum.
Tap on Transfer.
Your tokens will appear on the Internal wallet tab.

Important notes

Make sure that you have enough FITFI on your external wallet under Step Network to cover transactions costs.

Please note the tokens presented on the External wallet tab are related to Step Network.

Useful tips

Select withdrawal destination network to Step Network when transferring tokens from the exchange to your external wallet;

Use Step bridge with your MetaMask for transferring tokens to Step Network if you have your FITFI on AVAX C-Chain.

How to choose a Sneaker?

The right Sneaker for you depends on factors such as location, where you walk, and when you plan to use your Sneaker. There are four different types of Sneakers: The Walker, The Hiker, The Racer, and The Coach. Each one is associated with a different speed interval.

You should pick the Sneaker with the most suitable speed interval for you as you only earn when you are moving within the speed range of your Sneaker. If you live in an area with high foot traffic, you should consider the effect that this may have on your speed.

Do your research and compare the options, you can maximise your earnings and get the best deal based on Sneaker attributes.

Also, be mindful when buying Sneakers that have been minted more than once. There are fines that are applied to minted Sneakers’ attributes. Each time a Sneaker is minted the attributes will be fined and reduced by -15%. The more times a Sneaker has been minted, the larger the impact of the fine will be.

If you are up for taking risks, you may choose a Sneaker with higher values for attributes like Luck. The higher your Luck attribute, the higher your chance of receiving a chest while running. Chests can include valuable in-game items. However, luck is two-sided, so you may receive no chests at all. The Luck attribute comes with high risk, but high rewards.

If you are not a big risk taker and want to play it safe, you may choose a Sneaker that has higher activity and resistance attributes for consistent stable earnings.

Please note that your private key is extremely sensitive information. If someone gains access to your private key, they have full control over your wallet and assets. Ensure you are following security best practices and only exporting your private key when absolutely necessary.

Export your wallet

Access Your MetaMask Wallet
- First, make sure you have MetaMask installed as a browser extension or mobile application and that you are logged in to your account.
- Click on the MetaMask icon in your browser toolbar or open the mobile application.
Go to Account Details
- In the MetaMask interface, click on the account icon (a circle in the top-right corner of the screen).
- From the drop-down menu, select the Account Details option.
Export Private Key
- Once in the Account Details page, look for an option labeled Export Private Key or similar. Click on it.
- MetaMask will prompt you to enter your password to confirm that it’s really you trying to export the private key. Enter your password and click Confirm or Unlock.
Copy Your Private Key

After confirming your password, your private key will be displayed on the screen.
Copy the private key and store it securely. You might want to write it down on a piece of paper and keep it in a safe place, or use a secure password manager.
