Have no location or motion permission
Step App needs permission to access your location while using the app to track your activity and credit you a correct amount of tokens for a session.
If you see the Have no location or motion permission message, it means that access to geolocation has not been granted for the Step App.
To fix this you should open your phone settings, find 'Step App' in the list of applications and toggle on the permission to access geolocation.
