How to exchange tokens in the Web App?
Open the web app,
Connect your wallet,
Open the Wallet tab,
Choose the token to transfer and click on the token tab,
Click on the Trade button,
Enter the amount to exchange in FITFI or the amount you need to receive in KCAL and click on the Trade button,
Confirm the swap in your wallet.
