How to cancel the Subscription?

Do you have an active Subscription and you want to cancel it? It is sad to hear! But we got you covered with the steps below.

iOS

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
4. Under 'Subscriptions' check the list of subscriptions for expired subscriptions or subscriptions with declined payment methods.

Important notes

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid. In the end of the billing period you won't be charged again.
